I find it interesting that some people think Governor Sonny Perdue's appointment of his former Executive Counsel, Harold Melton to the Georgia Supreme Court was puzzling due to his youth and inexperience.

For many months I thought Mr. Melton's appointment was because he had previously placed his integrity on the line for his former boss and current Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Commission, Mike Bowers, by completely ignoring all evidence and using FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT to refuse addressing the Judicial Qualifications Commission (State of Georgia) intentionally denying due process to protect a fellow colleague from criminal allegations of obstructing a criminal investigation.

It is now apparent to me the appointment of Harold Melton was a strategic move to prevent me from taking any civil action against the state of Georgia that would have exposed the names of many public officials's (some who are up for re-election) involvement with the biggest public corruption scandal in the history of Georgia.

Harold Melton continued the pattern of obstruction of justice which makes him just as liable.

Surely, Mr. Melton is aware that obstruction of justice is a felony offense.
